MY TASKS > LAB ORDERS |

This screen displays information about biological monitoring lab order workflows. A lab order workflow can be in one of four statuses; New, Awaiting Results, Voided or Closed.

MY TASKS > LAB ORDERS > NEW > WORKFLOW ID |

1. Complete the “Lab Request” and “Analytes” panels by clicking in the fields and typing in the required information. You can also navigate through the fields and enter information by using the Tab key on your computer’s keyboard. 2. Click on the Complete button to save any edits and place the workflow into an Awaiting Results status. This will create a Lab Results workflow with a New status. 3. Click on the Print button to print out the lab order information. 4. Click on the Void button to place the workflow into a Voided status. 5. Click the Back button to return to the MY TASKS > LAB ORDERS > NEW screen without saving any changes.

Click on the Print button to print out the lab order information. 4. Click the Back button to return to the MY TASKS > LAB ORDERS > AWAITING RESULTS screen without saving any changes.

This screen will allow the user to un-void a voided workflow.
1. Click on the Un-Void button to place the workflow into a New status. 2. Click the Back button to return to the MY TASKS > LAB ORDERS > VOIDED screen without saving any changes.

You can not make any changes to a closed workflow.
1. Click on the Print button to print out the lab order information. 2. Click the Back button to return to the MY TASKS > LAB ORDERS > CLOSED screen.
